4 Hours Rental (Upstairs) - $350.00
Bartender / Bar Rates - $12.00 per Hour
Custodial Fee -$75.00
Meetings (Upstairs) - $75.00
Meetings (Downstairs) - $40.00
Outdoor Gazebo, BBQ Area, and picnic grounds - $200.00 for 8 hours usage
Cleaning Deposit $100.00 (non refundable)
Outside events must end by 9:00 pm
